Hi, I'm Elodie, the creator of YELO. — a small online shop focused on unique and sustainable products. YELO is born from my commitment to mindful consumption, delivering a curated selection for shoppers who value both aesthetics and ethics.

My core mission is to offer an accessible alternative to conventional fast fashion, which too often relies on unsustainable practices and exploitative labor. As a student, I understand the challenge of balancing a budget with personal values. By meticulously sourcing second-hand materials and streamlining production processes, I strive to provide a viable choice that stands apart from typical mass-produced garments.

Every YELO product tells a story. I primarily work with rescued textiles like vintage tablecloths and bedsheets, or industry deadstock, giving new life to forgotten fabrics. Even smaller components like threads, buttons, and zippers are thrifted – Zurich has proven to be an incredible treasure trove for sourcing these unique elements. My commitment to circularity extends to art supplies, with a conscious effort to find second-hand paper and envelopes for packaging and prints.
